Price adjustment for PU based adhesives raw materials

Effective September 1, 2004 Bayer MaterialScience AG will increase the price for all thermoplastic polyurethane based adhesive raw material grades in the Desmocoll® / Desmomelt® range by EUR 0.20 per kg.

This price increase is necessary in view of declining margins for these products. All existing contractual obligations will be met.
