Baerlocher further invests in its production site in Turkey

Baerlocher, a globally leading producer of plastics additives, states that the company is pleased with its investment in Turkey. The plant in Akishar has been fully operational since the fourth quarter of last year. Baerlocher continues to invest in the location with an additional logistic center aimed to be operational within 2016.

At the plant with a capacity in excess of 40,000 tons per year, Baerlocher Kimya produces solid stabilizer one-packs concentrating on calcium-based products in all relevant product forms. The site is supported by a state of the art application laboratory, which has been operational since early 2015.

With the plant serving more than 28 countries, Baerlocher implemented its proven strategy of combining global manufacturing and technology know-how with local market expertise also in Turkey and the region.
