Z.LODOS, the universal loading and unloading solution for intelligent palletising

In plastics-related manufacturing there is a growing trend “away from bulk goods”. For this reason ZAHORANSKY has developed Z.LODOS, an intelligent, modular palletising system for automation and packing solutions with various tray sizes. The compact add-on unit with safety guard housing can be flexibly integrated in any automation plant and has been developed for a wide range of universal tray loader and unloader applications.

With this tray loader, parts can be removed, stored and transported according to further production step requirements.
In the basic version Z.LODOS standard tray loader has a tray size of either 400 x 600 mm or 400 x 300 mm. Stack height is up to 600 mm. Customer-specific trays can be supplied on request.
With excellent tray changeover times of up to 3.5 sec, the tray loader is extremely fast and ideally suited to all palletizing tasks. Application areas are the plastics and pharmaceutical industries, medical technology as well as the cosmetics and consumer goods industries.

If it´s a matter of handling large numbers of units, the Z.LODOS TUL add-on unit is the right choice. The tray loader achieves up to seven cycles a minute. The standard version has a tray size of 900 x 600 mm and a stack height of up to 1,170 mm. The Z.LODOS TUL is available as either a loading or unloading module. The stacked trays can be transported or emptied with a suitable transporter. These solutions allow the injection moulding process to be efficiently decoupled from downstream automation. This is always an advantage if downstream automation is located in another production hall, for example, or the very high availability of an entire manufacturing unit is required.

Upstream and downstream automation modules from ZAHORANSKY AG Systems Technology significantly increase production efficiency. In combination with Z.SIROC, complete solutions for integration in all areas of injection molding can be achieved, in particular for the production of plastic products for medical technology, consumer and cosmetics sectors. Z.SIROC is a standardised module for the automatic supply, assembly and removal of plastic parts directly at the injection molding machine.
