Arkema completes the divestment of Sunclear

Arkema has finalized the divestment of Sunclear, its plastic and aluminum sheet distribution business. Part of the PMMA business, this activity represents sales of some €180 million and an enterprise value of €105 million. Its 354 employees will join BF Invest , an historical commercial partner of Sunclear. A part of the program to divest €700 million sales, this disposal is in line with Group’s strategy to refocus on core businesses.
