PRIAMUS acquired by Barnes Group Inc.

PRIAMUS SYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES AG today announced that it has completed its transaction to be acquired by Barnes Group Inc., of Bristol, Connecticut, USA.

PRIAMUS services many of the world’s highest quality plastic injection molders in the medical, automotive, consumer goods, electronics, and packaging markets. PRIAMUS has approximately 40 qualified employees and is headquartered in Schaffhausen, Switzerland with direct sales and service offices in the United States and Germany, and distributors across the globe.
