Group of companies Bavariya decided to start its own production of PET preform and closures

Group of companies Bavariya (the group including LLC Agrofirma FAT, LLC FAT – Agro and LLC Restaurants “Bavariya”, produces "live" beer, CSD drinks, CAF drinks, mineral water “KAZBEK AQUA”) met its Italian friends. The company decided to start its own production of PET preform and closures.

It was SACMI company, a leading manufacturer of solutions for packaging, that supplied a new workshop of Bavariya with a new equipment. It would be wise to mention here that the biggets russian and foreign producers such as: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Heineken, Ochakovo, Baltika, Krasniy Vostok… already run on the machines and use the manufactured on the complete lines of SACMI.

Bavariya could help being an exeption: there are 25 injection machines for preform production worldwide and Bavariya is a pioneer having the only IPS 220 here in Russia. SACMI has found a partner and a friend in the person of the Ossetian manufacturer. This is a sort of best practices also for potential partners in South Federal District.

SACMI employess and other representatives of the biggest companies (Europlast Rostov, Safe Cap Moscow, Stavropol, Pyutigorsk and others)were met with very good entertainment.

The particular guest during this even was an Italian Counsul Paolo Lodigiani who also came and supported our international friendship now and in food industry.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all preforms and caps produced at Bavariya plant are of hight producibility and manufactured on innovative machines. It is very important for a plant to have its own work-shop and in-house production as all these factors lead to the cutting of production costs of beer and soft drinks, productivity enhancement and a total control of the production.

Besides, the modern equipment of SACMI let’s output 8 formats of PET-preforms for different volums not only for in –house business but also for manufactures of juice, carbonated soft drinks, dairy, mineral water, vegetable and sun oils, sauses, parfume, household cleaning goods, pharmaceuticals. All these segments were shown to the guests.
