Greiner Tool.Tec takes over P-Extrusionstechnik business field

Greiner Tool.Tec is to take on the business field and the customer relationships of P-Extrusionstechnik GmbH with immediate effect. “This is a historic opportunity for both companies to bury the hatchet after years of competition and establish a successful partnership solution on a basis of equality. Boosting customer business on all fronts is the absolute focus behind our thinking here,” Gerhard Ohler, CEO of Greiner Tool.Tec with headquarters in Nussbach, Upper Austria explains.

Seamless transition
All P-Extrusionstechnik customers and all projects in hand for all profile extrusion areas will now be passed on seamlessly to the Greiner Tool.Tec Group with continued full support. This gives all the customers the security of having the world market leader behind them with the expert and reliable support this brings. Specialists from Siegfried and Dieter Politsch are to be integrated in the Greiner Tool.Tec team to guarantee a smooth transition phase. The latest in manufacturing technologies, international production capacities, decades of experience and know-how, plus project financing provided by the Group’s own specialized finance company vendor finance, all mean that Greiner Tool.Tec will provide every customer with very significant benefits and added value.

Partnership
“We have built up an extremely positive customer-supplier relationship between our two companies for some considerable time based on solid mutual trust,” Siegfried Politsch states. He will also be available personally whenever needed throughout the transition phase. Permanent further development of the service provision and performance in the interest of the customer is a prime aim of Greiner Tool.Tec. This success policy is now also clearly underlined by the take-over of the P-Extrusionstechnik GmbH business field.
