New Frigel location dedicated to environmental- and performance-conscious processors

With the reopening of Frigel’s facility in Germany, manufacturers in the region have an unprecedented opportunity to improve productivity and environmental sustainability through intelligent process cooling technology.

For plastics processors and other manufacturing companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Frigel GmbH will provide advanced process cooling systems that are proven in thousands of installations to expand productivity and save water, energy, chemicals and maintenance. The operation will provide sales, service and support out of Rheinfelden, Germany, just outside of Basel on the Switzerland border.

This strategic location in Germany, the technology hub for many industries in Europe, is a natural fit for Frigel’s performance-improving solutions, such as the environmentally friendly Ecodry adiabatic fluid cooler and the high-precision Microgel chiller/TCU combination.

Frigel GmbH will be led by Markus Fischer, who brings over 20 years’ experience and a deep understanding of process cooling for plastics processors, in a market where alternatives to traditional cooling systems are in growing demand. Coming to Frigel from auxiliaries manufacturer, Motan, Fischer has built a reputation as an engineering professional who delivers important results in terms of operational excellence.
