Dragon Plastics’ products include child-resistant closures. A company spokesman told PRW.com it had invested in new machinery to meet demand for its Savalok squeeze and turn closure. The family-owned firm, which employs 60 people, spent £200,000 (E290,000) on equipment, including a 200-tonne Billion Hercule injection moulding machine. The spokesman said the LDPE Savalok closure weighed 22% less than its closest competitor, and 34% less than the next closest. It is particularly used for angle-neck bleach bottles. He added that the company was gaining in the retailer own label and janitorial supplies market. Source: PRW.com Previous news |
