In addition to producing screws, barrels and components, Burgsmüller is regarded as the inventor of the internal and external whirling process, and sells its machine tools to customers all over the world. Practically no other company is so diversified in this respect. "Our specialties are firstly our production expertise which enables us to economically manufacture wear parts for twin-screw extruders and injection molding machines within an extremely short space of time and secondly our process expertise which allows us to answer every individual question by providing an ideal solution," said Jens Biel, Managing Director of Burgsmüller GmbH. Screw elements for machines of all renowned manufacturers Burgsmüller's core competencies include screw elements for twin-screw extruders which the company produces for machines from all renowned manufacturers. In addition to process know-how and the resulting specific design of conveying, kneading, mixing and back-pressure elements, the screw elements from Kreiensen impress customers with their special wear resistance which ensures long service lives and, thus, high cost-efficiency of the extrusion lines. Burgsmüller produces spindles and nuts for injection molding machines. These spindles and nuts are used, for example, for ejector systems or clamping units.
