The Korean company plans to create in Tatarstan (Russia)manufacture Expandable polystyrene (EPS) and Ðolyvinylchloride copolymers

 Three projects offers LG International Corp. (Korea) to coordinated petrochemistry company for Tatarstan. One project is supposed to be realized on Nizhnekamsk petroleum processing factory (NPPF), others base Nizhnekamskneftehim (NKNH).

Most expensive of the projects offered to Tatarstan is construction of processing capacities on Nizhnekamsk PPF. Besides LG company offers to consider an opportunity of construction of two factories on base NKNH release manufacture Expandable polystyrene capacity of 40 thousand tons per one year and Ðolyvinylchloride (not less than 100-120 thousand tons annually).

In opinion of representatives LG, technologies of the company are maximum safe for ecology and will provide release of most qualitative production, in comparison with other manufacturers. It is supposed, that on construction of projects will be will proceed from 24 about 30 months.

As representatives NKNH have declared, the project requires more detailed detailed elaboration by a technological part. Because additional components from which NKNH has only ethylene are necessary for release ÏÂÕ some more. All others components should be bought in Bashkiria or to build additional capacities. Then cost of a factory on release ÏÂÕ can be much more 300 million dollars. For a factory on release Expandable polystyrene, NKNH has already allocated under the building areas.
