Smart launched its new “DS – Series” of Double Station Extrusion Blow Moulding Machines| Subj: Press-releses Smart Machineries and Moulds Pvt. Ltd. have come up with the new DS Series Double Station Blow Moulding Machine. The DS Series blow moulding machine has 5 main variants based on the capacity of bottles / cans like 250 ml, 500 ml, 1 Liter, 2 Liters and 5 Liters. Similar to the single station machines, these machines can be used to produce a wide variety of polymers such as HDPE, PP, LDPE etc. At present, the largest capacity of the DS Series is 5 Liters; but they have design ready for 10 Liter capacity machine also. The larger platen area help to accommodate bigger size moulds. The machine is flexible with center distances of 80mm, 90mm, 110mm and 150mm with 2 / 3 / 4 Parison Die-Heads. The DS Series machines with Faster Dry Cycles (capability of 15 Dry Cycles/minute) result in higher outputs. The fully automatic machines are equipped with freely programmable machine controls. The SMART DS-5 and DS-10 Liter machines have proportional hydraulics to get optimum energy consumption. The Highlight of the DS Series machines are Two Station with Larger Platen Area, Freely Programmable Microprocessor Controls, Heavy Duty Helical Gear Box, Superior Quality Mixing Screws, Continuous Single or Multi Parsion Die-Heads, A.C. Drive, Fast Dry Cycle, Power Saver Hydraulics and User Friendly. The new “SMART DS Series” is getting excellent response since it enhances the production capacity by 50 to 60 % as compared to the single station machine and saves energy.
