Commercial Machines is moving sites to supply the export marketCommercial Machines is moving sites to supply the export market Commercial Machines managing director James Manton told PRW.com the two-year-old company was moving its operations, currently based in Gloucestershire and the Midlands, to new premises in Tewksbury. The company deals in thermoforming, extrusion, blow moulding and some injection moulding machinery and ancillaries. Most of the company’s business is now from the export market. Manton said it was dealing mainly with customers based in Europe, although it was also exporting to countries including South Africa, the Middle East, Australia and the CIS. Manton said the cost of moving machinery to the new 500 sq metre site was between £30,000 and £40,000 (E43,000 and E57,000). Manton’s brother, Jon Manton, has joined him at the firm as general manager. James Manton said his father, David, was an invaluable source of advice, having worked in the plastics industry for between 30 and 40 years. Source: PRW.com Previous news |
