In-house R&D capability of the company has enabled it to develop innovative products; the notable being the autoroto. Lohia autoroto tape winder is a break-through concept 1st introduced in 2007. It has since been successfully used and is progressively becoming industry standard for plastic woven fabric manufacturing. autoroto concept is centered around automatic change-over or tape transfer from full bobbin to empty tube without human intervention. This automatic change-over is electronically programmable and takes place at desired bobbin diameter or length of tape. This takes the benefit of step precision winding a step further, leading to reduced waste and higher weaving efficiency. The innovation is also helping tape production at processing speeds of upto 600 m/minute. Feedback from our valued customers has inspired us to further improve upon the design and engineering of the winding system. The upgraded autoroto Version 2 is in commercial production in 2010. Today 10,000 Lohia autoroto winders are in service with producers in countries across the globe, from South East Asia to South America. autoroto Version 2 is available, in 3 models to suit the requirement of circular & flat loom weaving. The repeat orders of autoroto winders by customers establish the return on the investment.
