Over 2,600 companies have applied space at CHINAPLAS 2013

As of November 2012, the Organizer has received booth applications from over 2,600 companies for CHINAPLAS 2013.Enterprises include chemicals and raw materials suppliers like Borouge, BASF, Dow Chemical, ExxonMobil, LG Chem, machinery suppliers such as Haitian, Chen Hsong, Borch EDI, Ningbo Fangli, Liansu, Jwell, Jinhai, Dalian Totani, Demark, Kawata, Wuxi Yangming, ZERMA, Avian, Conair and mould and die suppliers like Mold-Masters, Yudo, etc…, which prove the leading position of CHINAPLAS in the industry. With the expanding show scale and great variety of exhibits, the Organizer confirmed to extend the show period to 4 whole days. Visitors are recommended to spend at least 2 days to visit the show and plan their own visiting route in advance.

With the theme of “The Future is in Plastics & Rubber”, the Organizer will launch two creative concurrent events, namely “Archi-Light” & “Design Loft” for CHINAPLAS 2013. A 1:1 scale model of “Concept House” will be set up at Hall 10.3 during show period for “Archi-Light”. This project aims at demonstrate the breakthrough of translucent building design by design institute, and low energy consumption concept of plastic and rubber building materials, while “Design Loft” will invite students from The Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts to design "Innovative Chair" by using plastic & rubber materials such as film, tubes, rubber and plastic bottles and the art-piece will be displayed at the resting area of particular halls during CHINAPLAS 2013. Moreover, two professional conferences, namely “The 5th China International Conference on Bioplastic Application” and “China International Quality Partnership and Social Responsibility in Plastics Processing”, and more than 70 technical seminars will be held during the show period, which offer a valuable platform for technological exchange of the industry.
