iPlast commissioned an injection molding machine with 2400 tons of clamping force

Striving to expand its manufacturability iPlast Ltd. commissioned a new injection molding machine — HAITIAN JU 24000/35000 – in August of 2012. The machine is one of the largest delivered by HAITIAN company (China) to Russia. It works in fully automated mode. For removal and transportation of finished items out of the machine operating area HAITIAN 2400 is equipped with a robot and a reinforced conveyor made by Dal Maschio (Italy). Loading capacity of the Dal Maschio system makes 100 kg.

The machine is intended to be used mainly for production of plastic pallets by injection molding technology. This product of iPlast is widely applied in various areas of industry.
HAITIAN 2400 turns out to be the fifteenth injection molding machine operated in iPlast workshops. The population of injection molders of the company is represented by machines with clamping force from 320 to 5500 tons.
