Shipments of rubber have been made to the key European consumers in 1080 kg containers made by iPlast| Subj: Press-releses Back in November 2011 iPlast recorded it had completed designing the container with 900 kg loading capacity, which is being shipped to consumers of synthetic rubber on a regular basis since May 2012. Meeting the demands of its customers, iPlast has designed a new product – a container with loading capacity of 1080 kg. The new container (including its lid) is being produced by the unique advanced technology of low pressure molding with structural foaming. The item has dimensions of 1450 x 1125 x 1100 mm and weighs 53 kg. Owing to increased loading capacity of the container the costs related to packaging and reprocessing of the rubber are reduced and logistic operations are optimized. The 1080 kg container can be efficiently used as a multi-way packaging. Dimensions of the new product can also be referred to as its consumer appeal as they allow of packaging the rubber bales in the container in a way to let them keep their shape after cooling and during transportation to the end customer. iPlast estimates the new container, being designed by unique Russian developments, to be worthily evaluated by both manufacturers and consumers of synthetic rubbers and eventually to become bulk product of the company, having proved its reputation as one of the best present-day option for packaging of synthetic rubbers.
