Styron Announces Price Increases for Polycarbonate and PC Compounds

Styron Europe GmbH and its affiliate companies in Europe announced today price increases for all CALIBRE™ and EMERGE™ polycarbonate compound & blends products. Effective May 1, or as existing contract terms allow, the price for these products will rise by 150 Euro per metric ton.

These price increases are required in order to move margins towards minimum sustainable levels so that Styron can continue meeting the ongoing needs of its CALIBRE™ and EMERGE™ customers in Europe.
