New developments for all kinds of fabrics with glass fibre.

Tejeduría Cairoli, permanently seeking to meet the needs of the increasingly diversified markets, has developed fabrics woven with glass fibres, that strictly meet the specifications. Within the recently launched products, the following can be found:


Tela 90. Created for the manufacturing of windsurf boards, it weighs 90g/sq. m., and it is available in pieces of 50 m, both 0,70 m and 0,90 m wide. According to the dimension of the board, this sizes meet the needs of manufacturers and generate less scrap.
Roving 330, 600, and 800. They are available in 1.2 metres wide. Figure 2

F45 Vinyl woven, special for filters. The glass fibre fabric is supplied with a special vinyl treatment. It is manufactured in different widths according to the needs of the customer.

The plant is equipped with 12 modern Dornier looms, double width. It also has French Mav looms, and narrow looms. All of the looms are specially equipped to weave glass fibre. The experience of the Argentine company is devoted to the development of new products, or to the adaptation of existing products to particular applications, offering a high level of technical assistance. La Tejeduría has produced fabrics from 0,05 mm thick weighing 10g/sq m to the 800 g/sq m. roving. Standard products cover the wide variety of applications in all industries, not only the plastics industry but also the areas of construction, aircrafts, electricity, electronics, and others. The fabrics are available in different types with common or custom widths, in different thickness and weight. They are manufactured with or without treatment: silanes, latex, and vinylic, etc. with stringent technical specs.
