Stretchfilm for pallets, light and strong

Stretchfilm for pallets, light and strong

Akro Flex (development and production of stretchfilm for palletization) is carrying on in its strengthening of its range of materials under the Estenpack 2000 brand and is presenting a new variant of 7-12 micron stretch monofilm mainly for manual uses.

Offered at a particularly competitive price, it follows on from the version for heavy, unstable loads that marked the full "maturity" of the material in terms of machineability and uniformity. Estenpack is a laminated stretchfilm, available in different thicknesses and numbers of layers, featuring a high prestretch and hence a great gripping force that enables the number of wraps around a load to be reduced and thus the overall consumption of the material.

It is a film of original conception, featuring some longitudinal strengthened areas with bordered edges, that act at safety "cords" for the load. Very versatile, it also exists in the "extra strong" version that has just come out, under the "4000" tradename, a new patented two layer format of Estenpack 2000. The 4000 is 16 microns thick and is presented, with the results of special lab testing, as an alternative with greater strength than the 23 micron power type on the market.
