“iPlast” has signed a contract for purchase of 5500ton- molding machine

“iPlast” Ltd. is expanding its park of production machinery. In June 2011 the contract with Austrian company Engel Austria GmbH is signed for manufacturing and delivery of an automatic molding machine with clamping force of 5500 ton.

Putting into operation of the most powerful in CIS countries molding machine made by the biggest European producer will enable the Company to develop the assortment of the molded products weighing up to 45 kg.

The main application field of this machine complex is production of 1100liters polymeric waste containers. By locating this production in Russia and by using of domestic raw material the company will gain the opportunity to almost halve the price for the final consumer and to enlarge herewith the market of this product in Russia.

“iPlast” Ltd. is planning to become the first company in Russia producing not only 1100liters waste containers but also other types of polymeric waste containers which are in demand by the market and by the consumers. Placing the 5500 ton molding machine in service will allow the Company to manufacture the whole product range of polymeric waste containers.
