JSC Gazprom neftekhim Salavat takes out US$ 500 million loan

ING Bank N.V. (ING) acted as a sole Coordinator, Bookrunner, Documentation and Facility Agent.

ING, Nordea, Natixis, Banca Intesa, BNP Paribas ZAO, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft ZAO and UniCredit Bank ZAO acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers and ZAO AbsolutBank as an Additional Arranger.

The facility has a tenor of 42 months and will be amortized in equal installments after a 6-month grace period. The Company has drawn 75% of the facility in December 2010.

The successful completion of the facility highlights the strong credit standing of the Company and the continued support JSC Gazprom neftekhim Salavat enjoys from its relationship banks in the market.
