Desmopan® thermoplastic polyurethane's extrusion/Granulates' sieving

Desmopan® thermoplastic polyurethane's extrusion/Granulates' sieving

A correct consideration of the morphology leads to a strong casting's stability, while an appropriate sieving is a must in the production of granulates.
The casting's high stability can be achieved by a well-directed taking on of the morphology.
If the morphology is taken on correctly, the result leads to an excellent adaptation of the flexible tube during the tool's contour- extrusion process, and the surface shall be shaped after exact parameters. The resulting stretched material shall be shape-stabile and highly elastic. The new development shall be particularly useful where constantly moved metal or other hard materials-made components featured by an elastic lining, must be lastingly protected. The TPU-typologies can be also used for the production of articulated linings for universal joints as well as for the production of racks' linings.
When producing plastic granulates, an appropriate sieving is always necessary to separate cutting wastes, scalped material deriving from rubbing or any other undesirable foreign matter. Vibrating screen machines are frequently used to carry out the process; vibrators drive them. Apart from guaranteeing the demanded sieving results, these machines must above all react to the highest availability demands too. This is particularly true for frequent product's changes and therefore frequent changes of the sieving ground: cleaning works come out to be necessary. Apart from the highest sieving efficiency, the sieve must guarantee the fast products' conversion; it does it by the employment of special sieves, which are bolted pneumatically in the machine.
