Salavatnefteorgsintez : stable dynamics of growth

Enlarged session of collegium of Ministry of Industry and Innovative Policy RB summarized the records of enterprises of the Republic. Visiting session of the collegium was held in Salavat under the chairmanship of Robert Vagapov, the Minister of Industry and Innovative Policy RB.

According to the data of the Ministry, analysis of the records of enterprises for the period of 2010 gives evidence of continuing positive dynamics of industrial production development in the Republic and progress of recovery measures undertaken after crisis. More than 50% of enterprises exceeded the pre-crisis production level of 2008, one of them is JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez.

According to Khalil Rakhimov, First Deputy Minister of Industry, the Republic of Bashkortostan retained its first place among the Russian regions with regard to volumes of refined oil stock and gasoline and gasoil production.  In particular, in 2010 SNOS showed a significant increase of hydrocarbons primary processing by 17, 1%.

SNOS is mentioned among upswing companies. Growth rate of SNOS production output for the corresponding period of 2009 made 150,5%,  quantum index - 112%, rate of increase of shipped products - 163,7%.  A number of large investment projects are underway in the Company: construction of ELOU AVT-6 Unit (C&VDU), revamping of GО-2 Unit, construction of Urea Granulation Plant.

Robert Vagapov, Minister of Industry and Innovative Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan:

"Production and scientific background in deeper oil conversion does exist in the Republic - Salavat has always been distinct in its powerful industrial capacity. Today we need to use these possibilities to the utmost in order to produce products of high added value.  For this purpose a technological park will be created on the basis of JSC Salavatnefteorgsintez, the organization process will be studied in details during the meeting with the participation of Igor Sechin, Deputy Chairman of the Government RF. The meeting will give a certain directed dynamism in creating the industrial center".
