Chemtura to raise prices on polyester polyols including fomrez(R)

Chemtura Corporation announced that effective March 1, 2011, or as contracts allow, Chemtura will increase prices up to 10 percent for its polyester polyols, including Fomrez(R) products globally.

This price increase is necessary given the continued escalation of raw material costs.

Chemtura Corporation, with 2009 sales of $2.3 billion, is a global manufacturer and marketer of specialty chemicals, agrochemicals and pool, spa and home care products.
