Sale of 25.76% stake of the croatian automotive plastic manufacturing company

Sale of 25.76% Stake of the Croatian Automotive Plastic Manufacturing Company, AD Plastik. Abanka Vipa d.d. and NLB d.d., the Slovenian major banks, are selling a 25.76% stake in AD Plastik d.d., Matoseva 8, 21210 Solin, Croatia ("the Company"), which is currently owned by Prevent Global d.d. - currently in bankruptcy proceedings.

The Company is quoted on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and will be sold at a public auction due to be held on 22 February 2011 in the offices of a public notary in Zagreb, Croatia. Abanka Vipa and NLB are selling the company as pledgees in the bankruptcy proceedings of Prevent Global.

AD Plastik d.d. is a publicly traded joint stock company which manufactures automotive plastic components; the company's shares are listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, trading ticker ADPL-R-A.
