The cycle time for each mold is about 8 seconds, Using an electromotor coupled with a gear box has resulted in comsuming less hydrolic oil, preventing the oil from being over heated, easy cooling, wasting less energy and controlling the RPM by a volume of 1 RPM precision, This machine has a "PLC" control panel which can be programmed to regulate the production features with high precision.It is also capable of recording the features of each mold using the codes.The Production speed of the machine producing one Polyethylene bottle with a capacity of 250 cc using a 3-cavity mold is 35000 bottles a day and the electricity consumed is 14.5 amps.
