Mogilevkhimvolokno will put into operation a new line on production of needle-punched non-woven materials up to 6m wide

OAO “Mogilevkhimvolokno” is finishing implementation of investment project on production of needle-punched non-woven materials. Putting into operation of the new line will allow to expand the assortment range of produced non-woven fabrics and satisfy the consumers’ needs.

One of the main peculiarities of the new product is the width of the fabrics (up to 6m) and improved mechanical and physical properties. As a raw material for the new line OAO “Mogilevkhimvolokno” will use polyester fiber of own production.

Polyester non-woven materials are widely used for ballasting of gas pipe lines, in civil engineering and road construction, in furniture industry, production of substrates for linoleum, carpets, synthetic leather, as technical felts, filter cloths and for kitting up of drying-and-ironing machines.
