The Force Majeure declaration is the result of an unanticipated production issue outside of its control that forced the facility to suspend operations. The duration and impact of the Force Majeure event are being evaluated, but are currently unknown. Production will resume as soon as possible. “We appreciate the patience and understanding of our business partners as we manage through this production disruption caused by events outside our control,” said Mark Stoll, Vice President – Commercial.
