JSC Shchekinoazot continues implementation of program of cyclohexanone plant construction

The first stage of the project “Cyclohexanone plant construction. C-80” includes design work, disassembly of equipment in Strazske (Slovakia) and transportation of the equipment to the production site of “Shchekinoazot”.

In the present time more then 700 ton of equipment were dispatched from Strazske. In the nearest future it is planned to bring the incinerator, compressors and electric motors as well as to start dispatch of the steel constructions and pipelines. As early as in September all the preparation work for transportation of heavy oversized equipment will be finished. The equipment will be brought to Russia by a very complicated way: by highways, by see and by highways again. By such a way rectification towers, oxidation reactors, scrubbers – in the total number of 20 pieces of oversized equipment – will be brought. The dimensions can impress anyone: the maximum diameter is 6 meters; the maximum length is 23 meters.

At the same time at “Shchekinoazot” site the repair, reconstruction, anticorrosion and other kinds of works will be started. These works are necessary to be performed in order to conserve all the aggregates and structures of delivered equipment and make it ready for installation.
