Alphacan, a subsidiary of the Arkema Group, announces the acquisition of the Croatian company Prozor, specializing in the marketing of PVC profiles and joinery fittings.
Following the acquisition of the company Prozor, Alphacan is pursuing its expansion in the markets of Southern Europe by extending its presence to Croatia, at the heart of the Balkans, a geographic area which benefts from many economic assets in terms of logistics and growth opportunities.
With annual sales of ˆ 4.5 M and a headcount of 20 people, Prozor is to be renamed Alphacan-doo.
For Alphacan, this acquisition represents an opportunity to boost the competitiveness of its activity, and is part of an industrial project aimed at rapidly increasing its share of high added value products.
