Alujain’s Subsidiary NATPET to start Polypropylene production

Alujain Corporation would like to announce to its shareholders and investors that during Alujain Board of Directors Meeting # 61 held on September 26th, 2007, Dr. Ahmed Bukhari, President of National Petrochemical Industrial Company (NATPET), subsidiary of Alujain Corporation, informed the Board that NATPET’s 400,000 ton/year Polypropylene Complex in Yanbu Industrial City will start production in January 2008. He also informed about the availability of trained, qualified manpower ready to operate the complex.

It is worth mentioning that the project has successfully completed twelve million man-hours without any lost time incident.

Dr.Bukhari also informed that NATPET Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 19th, 2007 approved that NATPET becomes the project company for propylene and polypropylene complex in Yanbu Industrial City.
