The line has been put into service at TEPLEX plant in Zavolzhye, Nizhny Novgorod area. The line has been manufactured in South Korea which is a worldwide leader in production of such equipment. The line has got a capacity of 120 thousand m3 a year.
The new line allows us to produce XPS boards of all edge and surface types including the latest one: a “plaster” type of surface. Besides, technical capabilities of the new line allow us to exclusively produce boards of any thickness required by the Customer. Frequently, thickness of XPS boards is adjusted to traditional standards; our new line allows us to produce boards of any thickness which is required for a particular project. Thus, the end-user benefits twice: at planning and procurement stages.
The new XPS line is another milestone of the production development program. As it was previously announced by TEPLEX top management, production volumes of the company gradually double. By 2010 TEPLEX plans to increase overall production up to 1,5 mln. m³ a year.
