Last week, Ethylene Plant of “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC completed its turnaround with some implementations as per the program intended to expand the ethylene capacity up to 600 Ktpa.
In particular, a propylene column and depropanizer were retrofitted in Compressing & Gas Separation Section, cracking gas supply pipelines from cracking heaters to a fractionating & quench oil circulation column were replaced in Pyrolysis Section.
The other day, the Plant began dismantling two naphtha-cracking heaters to be replaced with one higher capacity multifunctional heater of SRT-VI type.
