The marketable products output of Nizhnekamskneftekhim amounted to USD 1.09 bn in 2004

The marketable products output of "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" INC (NKNK) in 2004 amounted to RUR 31.6bn. About 60% of made products is export-marketed. The Company’s share in the volume of petrochemical products in the Russian Federation is as follows: polyethers – 97%, ethylene oxide – 75%, styrene – 64%, butyl rubber – 60%, isoprene rubber - 47%, monoethylene glycol –40%.

Every year, the Company is increasing the volume of major products.

The Company’s birthday is 31 July 1967. That day, the first produce of Central Gas Fractionation Unit, the first-born production facility of “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC, was shipped to users.

“Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC – a dynamically advancing highly technological petrochemical company. The Company’s production complex embodies 10 Major Plants, 10 Divisions (Railway Transport, Ethylene Pipeline Systems, and others), 7 Centres (including Research & Technology, and Design).

The range of products output comprises more than one hundred items. Major commodities are:

- monomers as feedstock to produce rubber;
- synthetic rubber of general and specialty purpose;
- other petrochemical products (ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, alpha-olefins, polystyrene, surfactants, and so forth).
