(TYO: 7911), a global leader in communication, security, packaging, décor materials, and electronics solutions, has transitioned to a holding company structure and changed its name to TOPPAN Holdings Inc. as of October 1. Businesses operated by TOPPAN INC. have been transferred to TOPPAN Inc. and TOPPAN Digital Inc., two new operating companies under the holding company. The business operated by the Security Subdivision of TOPPAN INC. was integrated with Toppan Forms Co., Ltd. in April this year, and the combined entity made a fresh start as TOPPAN Edge Inc.
